Baja Fish–not to be confused with Baja Fresh
Last Friday my friend Seychelle was back in town and we decided to do dinner with Laura and Kylie. They had both gone out to Baja Fish Tacos, which I had heard was a good place, so we met them. I was a little skeptical only because it is outside my bubble of Laguna, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was delicious. I ordered guacamole and chips and then a shrimp quesadilla. The shrimp was cooked in a garlic butter sauce and were scrumptious. Of course the cheesey goodness that is a quesadilla really hit the spot. I also tried the rice and pinto beans and they were pretty good as well. The guacamole was really yummy and fresh as were the chips. So so good!!! They also serve beer and have 2-for-1 specials, so that was also a plus. Only complaint, children screaming or parents making crazy loud sounds at their kids, but what can you do.
